Refund policy

This Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how Curveture (“Curveture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for both in-store and online purchases.

By completing a purchase from Curveture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

 

1. Overview

Curveture is a thrift and resale store. Unless specifically marked as “New” or “New with Tags,” all items are pre-owned.
We carefully inspect and describe each item, noting visible imperfections where possible. However, some signs of use may go unnoticed.

By purchasing from Curveture, you accept that pre-owned items may have minor flaws and are sold as-is.

 

2. In-Store Returns

For items purchased in-store:

  • Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • You must provide your electronic receipt number or proof of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as sold, with tags attached and no signs of additional wear or alteration.

Returns without a receipt, or outside the 21-day window, may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

 

3. Online Returns

For items purchased through our website:

  1. Contact us at info@shopcurveture.com within 14 days of purchase to request a return authorization.

  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping and may select their preferred carrier.

  3. Returned items must be received by Curveture within 21 days of the original purchase date.

  4. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached.

  5. Include your order number or packing slip in the package.

Returns received after 21 days or in unsellable condition may be denied or refunded at partial value.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after returned items are inspected and approved.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return results from a Curveture error.

    If your order included a promotional discount, refunds will reflect the discounted purchase amount.

Curveture reserves the right to deny a refund if items show wear, damage, or alterations not present at the time of sale.

 

5. Exchanges

Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee exchanges for identical products.
If you would like to exchange for a different item, please return your original purchase per the above guidelines and place a new order once your refund is processed.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and fairness, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Gift cards or store credit

    Clearance or final sale items

    Intimate apparel or swimwear

  • Items marked “As-Is” or “Non-Returnable”

All sales of these items are final.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@shopcurveture.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
After review, we may issue a refund, store credit, or replacement (if available).
Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

 

8. Store Credit

In some situations, Curveture may issue a store credit instead of a refund.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used online or in-store.

 

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped or been picked up.
After this period, the return process must be followed instead.

 

10. Policy Updates

Curveture may update this Returns & Refund Policy periodically.
All updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued purchases after updates are posted indicate acceptance of the revised Policy.
