This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how Curveture (“Curveture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers online and in-store orders.

By making a purchase from Curveture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping Policy.

 


 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our physical location at:
1394 N Freedom Blvd, Provo, UT 84601.

  • Orders typically ship within 3 business days of purchase.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

 


 

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with third-party shipping providers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver online orders.

  • Once an item leaves our facility, liability for delivery transfers to the carrier.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on distance, weather, or volume.

  • Curveture is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during transit.

If your shipment appears delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
We’re happy to assist where possible, but final resolution depends on the carrier’s policies.

 


 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
Promotional free shipping offers, when available, apply only to qualifying orders and regions.

 


 

4. Local Pickup

If local pickup is available at checkout:

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Orders should be collected within 7 calendar days of notification.

  • Orders not picked up within that timeframe may be restocked, and store credit may be issued at Curveture’s discretion.

 


 

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Curveture is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

 


 

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Photograph the package and contents.

  2. Contact us at info@shopcurveture.com within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and pictures of the damage.

We will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

 


 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
Once an order is in transit or prepared for pickup, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

 


 

8. International Shipping

At this time, Curveture ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international delivery or cross-border sales.

 


 

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect operational or legal changes.
All updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued purchases after posting constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
