Curveture is a thrift and resale store located in Provo, Utah, offering pre-owned, new, and curated secondhand apparel and accessories both in-store and online.

  • All items marked as used, vintage, or pre-owned are sold as-is.

  • We are not responsible for minor imperfections or variations that are typical of secondhand merchandise.

Curveture specializes in secondhand and thrifted items.
 Unless specifically marked as new, all items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear, minor flaws, or previous use.
 All items are sold as-is.

We inspect all merchandise before listing or sale and disclose visible imperfections when possible. By purchasing, you acknowledge acceptance of secondhand condition.

 

 

9. Store Credit and Gift Cards

Store credits and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
 Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curveture, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product or service.

Our total liability for any claim related to your transaction will not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.
