Shipping Policy Summary

Orders are processed and shipped from our Provo, Utah location within three business days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the performance of third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All items are packaged with care, but Curveture is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier while in transit. Local pickup is also available, and customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

All inventory items available in our online store are also available in-store. Unless otherwise indicated, there is only one of each item in stock at a given time. This means that until your online purchase order is confirmed and pulled from the floor, the available inventory of our items is subject to change at any time. We will attempt to remove all sold items from our online stock immediately, but we cannot guarantee the availability of every item at the time of purchase.

All Curveture merchandise items are available through print-on-demand and may also vary in stock and availability from the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee the availability of any merch options from our manufacturer.

Returns & Refunds Summary

Curveture accepts returns within twenty-one days of purchase for items in original condition with tags still attached. Online customers must contact info@shopcurveture.com within fourteen days of purchase to begin the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a Curveture error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Pre-owned and final-sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
